I read on several websites about the seriousness of German dealers, so being Italian I turned to this dealer because I had spotted the car I was interested in, and I asked for information about the car and the procedure for importing it into Italy. The sales consultant, Mr Henbel, replied promptly, giving me all the information I needed. Being genuinely interested, I tried to hurry up by communicating my days available to take the plane to reach the dealer to see and test-drive the car with a view to buying it. After two days of frequent communication and communicating my availability to see the car three days later by sending the flight schedules to get to Germany, he gave me an appointment for the day after the one I preferred. I wrote to him that we had to find another date then. He never replied to my e-mails again, I found the ad removed the next day. I contact him on his mobile number and he tells me that the car has been sold! I don't think I showed any doubt that I wanted to buy it, he could have instead of not answering the phone any more, told me that there was another buyer and then that he had sold it, while I was trying to make travel arrangements instead! I was deeply disappointed in the sales consultant, or the dealership, because for me fairness comes first and they certainly wouldn't have wasted more than a few days selling the car, but the image does. I still think German dealers are serious people

Through AutoScout I found a Range Rover Sport autobiography. My contact person at Hedtke was Tobias. He answered my questions quickly and professional. A test drive was arranged quickly. On the day of the testdrive he welcomed us and the car was waiting for us. He pre-programmed a route with some village, rural and highway roads. Very customer friendly. After the testdrive Tobias answered some more questions. A deal was made to both of our satisfaction. Currently awaiting delivery of the car, but I’m sure all will be good. So for me 5 stars, I wish it was always like this.

Der Händler hat schnell geantwortet, leider war das Fahrzeug nicht sofort verfügbar sondern erst in einigen Wochen, das ist schade, da ich es direkt gebraucht hätte und dies dem Inserat nicht zu entnehmen war
