I had very quick response via email. I also had contact by phone, the dealer was always very friendly. On arrival, the dealer was not there. This turned out to be due to an internal communication error at the dealer. They admitted this and I was compensated for this. There was a small defect in the car which they themselves had not seen. Without asking, I was given a discount worth the repair cost. They did al the administration and work to apply for the customs plates and collect them for me. They also took the car to the TUV inspection before sale and gave the car a quick cleaning before I left. Overall: a very good service, very friendly and very helpful!
