T3 camper 2.0L Benzine Aircooled

Volkswagen T3 camper benzine 2.0 L from 1981 ( Taxfree - Belasting vrij).

I have bought this VW combi in 2018 in The Netherlands.
The first year the engine was entirely restored. The clutch, tires and exhausting pipe have been replaced.

Then the gearbox and brakes have been changed.
Many other things have been repaired along the years, the last job being the lower right part of the body (carrosserie).

All in all I have for about 14 000 euro of invoices for repair and maintenance. Most of the work was done by an oldtimer specialist in Arnhem ( MC Motor ).

Since the engine was restored I have been driving about 50 000 km through The Netherlands, Germany, France and Spain, and that without any problems; I always got to destination!

All the mechanic has been restored so you are good to go for another 100 000 km!

Now sadly the body (carrosserie) needs quite some work. Many rusty places and the rubber around the windows would need to be replaced in the years to come. Also a new paint job will be neccessary at some point.

But there is APK until sept 25!
So if you are looking for a reliable combi to travel, this is a great opportunity.
